1 Manage Cleaning Service
- Coordinate with Supervisors & Clients ensuring quality service delivery.
- Ensure Cleaning teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations.
- Assist in Budget planning.
- Compile & Analyse relevant data to propose recommendations for cleaning process improvement.
- Assist in development & review of operations plan to improve work procedures & quality service delivery.
- Review daily cleaning job reports for submission to Management.
- Allocate equipments & supplies to sites.
- Identify & recommend suitable equipment/technologies to improve cleaning operations.
- Implement maintenance schedules for tools & equipment.
