Mandate

Reporting to the VP of TradeAid, the Manager, 4PL Program Operations is responsible for managing transportation services to optimize customer satisfaction and process efficiency. This role involves establishing client relationships and managing global transportation services across air, road, and sea freight.

The Program Manager will act as the primary liaison between purchasing, implementation, and management teams, ensuring seamless processes from booking to payment. Additionally, the role includes presenting customized supply chain solutions to potential clients and contributing to the growth of a start‑up/scale‑up through industry relationship building.

Other responsibilities

  • Manage all project-related documentation, including project plans, process flows, resource requirements, and business cases.
  • Communicate project progress, facilitate meetings, and ensure deliverables are met, escalating issues when necessary.
