Job Summary The Manager – Accounts & Finance is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance. The role ensures accurate financial records, effective financial controls, and supports management in strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Reporting
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and payroll
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records in compliance with accounting standards
Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and balance sheet accounts
Budgeting & Financial Planning
Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts
Analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures
