The Admin team at Navi ensures smooth day-to-day operations across the organization, and focuses on enhancing workplace experience. They manage office services, coordinate logistics, and handle administrative tasks to support stakeholders in achieving their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
General Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Ensure uptime and reliability of all critical infrastructure in the campus.
- Coordinate with Builder, vendors, OEMs(Original Equipment Manufacturer) and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to all administrative compliance requirements, internal controls, and safety standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all audits from the administration function
- Maintain technical logs, reports, and documentation.
- Provide technical support to branch offices.
