The transformation of the HR function covering Payroll Administration, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Digital HR represents a strategic engagement area, combining strategic roadmaps, RFI/RFP, process optimisation and change management. This role targets an experienced Manager, capable of operating with full autonomy on these high-stakes projects.
YOUR MISSIONS
As a Payroll BA Manager (M/F), you independently manage one or more of the following projects:
- Solution selection support and assistance with scoping and development of strategic Payroll Administration, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Digital HR projects
- Advisory and support for scoping and implementation of high-stakes projects
- Strategic roadmaps (IT & business)
- RFI/RFP: process and tool adaptation and reorganisation
- Audit and optimisation of Payroll Administration, Payroll and Time & Attendance processes
