Job Summary
- Manages the end‑to‑end bid process for bids from identification to award.
- Leads the development of technical and commercial proposals for the Middle East Civil Infrastructure business.
- Leads bid development, as well as hands‑on cost proposal development.
- Works in partnership with senior leadership to develop winning pursuit strategies, ensuring all elements are incorporated into proposals.
- Assists in necessary market research and reporting required for new growth areas.
- Works with other team members and marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled on time.
- Prepares reports and presentations for internal and external use.
- Participates in the go/no‑go decision‑making process, along with the appropriate managers and participates in the bid development process from start to finish.
