We’re partnering with a large organisation within the essential services / utilities sector to appoint a Manager, Billing and Customer Platforms on a contract basis.

This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the end-to-end billing lifecycle (meter-to-cash), overseeing everything from meter data through to billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a strong customer experience. 

You will lead multiple operational teams across metering, data management, and billing, while acting as the business owner for the organisation's customer billing platform.
