Netcracker Technology is looking to hire a Business Analyst Manager to join our Implementation Engineering teams located throughout the LATAM region. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team providing cost‑effective solutions to businesses and resolving technical challenges faced in large/complex telecommunications projects. Business Analysts work as the company’s representatives in front of enterprise customers. You will provide guidance to the service provider, share industry best practices, and facilitate implementation by promoting reuse of out‑of‑the‑box capabilities. It is expected that you have many years of experience in the Telecommunication industry as a BSS/OSS domain Subject Matter Expert.
