Overview

The Opportunity: Leading and developing a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) falls under the Business Development Manager's responsibilities. The team builds new sales pipelines by targeting and assessing valuable accounts. You will have a chance to create a significant impact in the success by leading a high-performing team and play a pivotal role in driving the critical demand generation engine for the Asia Sales organisation.

What You’ll Do
  • Build strong business relationships with all collaborators (AEs, Sales Managers/Directors, Marketing Managers/Directors, etc.) to deliver company goals, vision and strategy
  • Operate on a solid foundation of operational excellence, strategic alignment and efficient practices
