Job Responsibilities
- Serve within the Industrial & Logistics Development Division (ILD) under Township Development, supporting the company's industrial asset growth objectives.
- Report directly to the Head of Business Development.
- Execute the recurring income strategy through industrial leasing initiatives.
- Drive leasing activities for industrial assets including prospecting, client engagement, lead qualification, negotiations, and deal closure to maximize occupancy, revenue generation, and long-term value creation.
