Position Overview

MCRA is seeking a Manager, Business Operations & Analytics to join our team. This role is critical to supporting leadership with accurate, actionable data and improving how we manage and use information across the business. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to not only manage data but also identify gaps, improve processes, and drive more effective decision‑making. This individual will work closely with cross‑functional teams to strengthen reporting, streamline operations, and enhance overall business performance. The role will also have direct management responsibility for an Operations Analyst.
