Job Purpose
Support Downstream Management and the Downstream Group Companies and Employees with HC, Audit, and other resources concerns including alignment with other directorates. Provide guidance, strategic direction, ensure communication flows, establish performance standards, and support Downstream Management in delivery of their People pillar objectives.
Plan, direct, control and supervise the events of Downstream Directorate.
Job Specific Accountabilities- Manage the Downstream Directorate and Group Company’s resource movement to ensure the required interface is understood and implemented.
- Oversee and coordinate Downstream Organizational Movement (direct hire, Concession holders’ secondees, and service contract personnel) to achieve Downstream directorate and Downstream Group Companies.
