Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop C&I business opportunities for rooftop, open access, and captive solar projects. Build and maintain relationships with industrial & commercial clients, consultants, and channel partners. Generate leads, conduct site visits, and assess customer energy requirements and project feasibility. Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, including savings analysis, ROI/IRR, and payback. Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and contract signing. Negotiate commercial terms, PPA/lease/group captive models, and finalise client agreements. Coordinate with internal teams (design, engineering, finance) for feasibility, costing, and proposal optimization. Liaise with government agencies, DISCOMs, and regulatory authorities for approvals, policy alignment, and project facilitation.
