Job Description
The Manager COE will lead the development and implementation of HR center of excellence frameworks to strengthen Talent Acquisition, Talent management, Rewards, Learning & development and culture interventions across the organization. The role will drive relevant initiatives of these portfolios while ensuring governance and alignment with organizational strategy. The position will leverage HR analytics to measure impact and optimize people programs. The incumbent will also drive digital HR transformation and process standardization to improve employee experience and organizational readiness.
