Job Description

1) Statutory & Legal Compliance (Factory)

  • You will be responsible for owning end-to-end labour law compliance for the plant, including applicability, registers, returns, notices, displays, records, and inspections.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring timely submission of statutory returns and filings under applicable laws such as EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Professional Tax (if applicable), CLRA, Factory-related compliances, welfare fund, etc.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating and leading inspections/visits from labour authorities and ensuring proper documentation and timely closure of observations.
  • You will be responsible for tracking changes in labour laws, rules, and notifications, and driving implementation through updated SOPs, communication, and training.
  • You will be responsible for conducting periodic internal compliance audits and closing identified gaps through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
