Job Information

The Manager, Corporate Registries & Securities is an experienced lawyer responsible for the Corporate Registries and the day-to-day operations of the Office of the Superintendent of Securities. The Manager is a quasi-judicial official who ensures that only submissions that comply with the law are accepted for registration and that the Registry is properly administering submissions and records, whilst meeting performance indicators.
