The Strategy & Operations team supports Global Services & Delivery (GS&D) in continuously improving how we deliver value to our clients. We partner across the business to enhance service models, drive operational initiatives and ensure programs are implemented effectively and consistently.

What you’ll do

  • Support strategic CSM Service Model project to transform GS&D Service Model for the future
  • Own defined project workstreams or components of larger programs, from planning through execution
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate pilot performance, identify trends, and surface insights
  • Conduct territory analytics to size the impact on workforce and business transitions
  • Build presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations
