The candidate must have experience in a reputable firm providing, Corporate Finance, Transactions and Restructuring Services, and interested in a long term career in the profession.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Prepares or reviews reports, documentation and correspondence.
  • Keeps up-to-date with latest accounting, auditing and corporate finance developments.
  • Supervises a number of assignments at the same time and manages overlaps between assignments, meeting deadlines with or without assistance.
  • Keeps control of overtime levels worked by junior staff on assignments.
  • Provides leadership, guidance and counselling to a group of staff, actively developing staff through general support and continuous assessment.
  • Identifies statutory and regulatory changes that will affect own clients.
