Role

Manager, Strategic Food Category Procurement – Tim Hortons, reporting to the Director, Procurement, leading sourcing and supplier strategy for key food categories supporting Tim Hortons restaurants across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute category sourcing strategy aligned to Tim Hortons brand and operational priorities, including supplier segmentation, contingency planning, and dual‑sourcing.
  • Lead complex negotiations and competitive tenders from market analysis and RFP design through award, contracting, and onboarding, partnering with Legal on commercial terms.
  • Build bottom‑up should‑cost models, benchmark analysis, and financial models to evaluate supplier proposals, validate market price movements, and defend cost positions.
