Maritime NZ is undergoing a period of change to strengthen its sustainability and future focus. Following an organisational redesign, we are recruiting into a number of newly shaped roles that support our shift toward more efficient, digitally enabled ways of working, helping position us for the future.

This leadership role is responsible for how Maritime NZ designs, plans and evolves its digital and technology environment. As Manager DST Strategy and Architecture, you’ll lead the organisation’s digital strategy, enterprise architecture and system design, ensuring technology is aligned to organisational priorities and can be delivered in a practical, scalable way. You’ll connect strategy with execution, providing the leadership needed to translate long‑term direction into coherent platforms, systems and roadmaps.
