Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinating the full operation of the café during scheduled shifts
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day food service
  • Relationship management and driving strong levels of customer service
  • Managing in house catering team
  • Working with ops manager to ensure financial targets and budget targets are being met
