Job Summary

Responsible for DKSH’s eCommerce activity in Malaysia for our Consumer Goods Business Units. Working alongside a team of dedicated digital talent, the Assistant Manager eCommerce plays the role of key account management & strategic planning, data analytics, business & relationship development. Bringing many of the world’s favorite brands to all key eCommerce platforms, and continually deliver the best online shopping experience to consumer.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end eCommerce performance including sales, availability, pricing, listings content, listing ranking, on‑site visibility, off‑site traffic generation, order management, order fulfilment, after‑sales service etc.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and generate sales revenue on behalf of clients across e‑retailers and marketplaces.
