JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end execution of engineering programs from concept, design, validation, and launch.
- Develop and manage program timelines, resource plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Possess a strong understanding of product development lifecycle and engineering processes.
- Design & development of structural parts/ chassis of air-conditioners
- Development of tool & mould for sheet metal & plastic components
- Guidance to team - structural design engineering
- Design reviews & action planning
- Good knowledge of part costing & cost anaylsis
- Management of CAD resources, allocation of the work & guidance
- Material analysis & selections for tool, mould.
- DFM & A for structural parts.
