Manager, Facility Design

Position Summary

Manager, Facility Design will be accountable for developing, coordinating, and communicating store designs. Ensures compliance with design standards, manages stakeholder relationships, and oversees project execution to meet business requirements and sustainability standards. Acts as the liaison between Walmart’s business units and Architectural consultants.

What You’ll Do

Responsible for the development, coordination, and communication of remodel templates, and digital store maps. This position receives business requirements, creates executable solutions and documentation, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to initiate change initiatives. It involves the execution, communication, and overall ownership of specifications for all store formats, ensuring alignment with design standards.
