Manager, Finance (1-year Contract)

Manage the Group's Private Funds covering real estate properties

Review consolidation and closing of monthly accounts of funds, joint ventures, subsidiaries and associate

Manage monthly and quarterly variance analysis and provide commentary on the financial performance against budget/comparative period

Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management financial reports and investors reports

Liaise with fund managers and treasury on finance matters such as monthly accounts, cashflow forecasts, quarterly forecast and annual budget

Coordinate, prepare and consolidate the funds forecasts and annual budget

Prepare consolidated audit reports, with full compliance to the Group and Singapore regulatory financial reporting requirements and accounting standards
