In this position you will…

Lead, build up and handle the Financial Planning and Analysis function. Ensure the financial reporting (internal and external) to relevant stakeholders is done accurately and timely. Drive continuous process improvements to meet goals and objectives effectively and efficiently. Additionally, support the Reporting Manager on ad‑hoc assignments.

• Reporting to Finance Lead, Philippines and higher offices on the monthly key reports, highlights, and insights of company’s financial results that will be used for external and management report compliance.
• Supporting the Reporting Manager to ensure smooth handling of group tasks, objectives, and goals.
• Managing and overseeing the daily activities of Finance and Accounting RTR team that are related to FP&A function to ensure completeness, accuracy, and reliability of the financial reports.
