Financial Reporting

Responsible for the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring alignment with GAAP while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and timeliness. Responsible for the financial reporting cycle, including quarterly and annual reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. Act as the primary liaison between company’s executive as directed by CFO, parent company finance teams, external and internal auditors and other key stakeholders, ensuring transparency, clear communication and prompt resolution of any reporting issues.
