Manager, Fleet & Dispatch

We are hiring a Fleet Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing flatbed fleet.

This role will be responsible for managing drivers, dispatch operations, equipment utilization, maintenance coordination, and overall fleet performance.

We are looking for a highly organized and operationally minded individual who can take ownership of Open-Deck fleet execution and day-to-day asset Open-Deck operations.

This is an in-office position in Winnipeg.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch & Operations

• Source freight and coordinate daily dispatch activities for open-deck legal & oversize freight.
• Maximize truck utilization and loaded miles
• Coordinate schedules and routing for company drivers and owner-operators
• Communicate with customers, brokers, dispatchers, and drivers regarding load status and service requirements
