Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned flight operations are conducted with qualified crews in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Confirm all flight crews assigned duties on Bombardier aircraft meet the required standard for the assigned task.
• Maintain pilot training records electronically and ensure accessibility on site.
• Ensure on‑site pilots meet the requirements and standards for completion and maintenance of BCOM PCC.
• Assign pilots operational and training duties and monitor these duties to ensure Bombardier standards and regulatory compliance.
