What the role is: The job holder conducts field research, quantitative surveys, and technical analysis on illegal gambling. This work helps Tote Board build evidence-based strategies and engage stakeholders in countering illegal gambling.

Survey Research & Data Analysis

• Design and run quantitative surveys to measure public awareness, attitudes, and behaviour related to gambling
• Analyse survey data using statistical methods to identify trends and produce actionable findings
• Manage the full survey lifecycle : questionnaire design, sampling, data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting
• Prepare clear, well-structured research reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
• Maintain and update research databases and tracking tools for ongoing monitoring
