Manager, Health & Safety

Reporting to the Head of Talent, the Manager, Health & Safety will lead key health and safety initiatives in Canada.

In this role, you will work with guidance from our U.S. team while taking the lead in shaping, driving, and elevating our health & safety (H&S) programs at the national level.

You will help ensure compliance with local, provincial, and federal regulations, contribute to risk mitigation strategies, and actively foster a culture of safety, well‑being, and accountability across the organization.

The Manager, Health & Safety leads and contributes to a variety of impactful projects, handles assignments with a high degree of independence, and collaborates with internal and external partners to enhance our health and safety practices. The role will support employees in both distribution and sales (driving and delivery), as well as office‑based roles.
