Job Description

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Housekeeping and Laundry departments, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction across all guest cabins, public spaces, crew areas, and laundry operations. This includes maintaining compliance with MLC 2006, IPM, and sanitation protocols, conducting regular inspections, monitoring inventory and budgets, managing department schedules, and overseeing staff performance and training.


The role requires strong leadership of a large multicultural team, coordination with other departments, and a focus on delivering exceptional service that aligns with company standards, safety regulations, and environmental procedures.


Qualifications
