-Anticipate business needs and translate them into HR solutions, contributing to decision-making with data, insights, and market benchmarks.TALENT & WORKFORCE MANAGEMENTLead staffing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top retail talent, ensuring staffing levels meet business demands (seasonality, peak times, and new store openings).
-Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Rewards COEs to deploy initiatives that align with corporate guidelines and local market realities.
