Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
 HR Strategy Execution
 • Partner with the Site HR Leader in delivering HR roadmap and annual people priorities
 • Track and drive progress on key HR initiatives and governance mechanisms HR Program Management
 • Execute core HR processes: Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Engagement Surveys, Compensation cycles
 • Ensure consistency and adherence to global HR frameworks Business Partnering
• Act as a first point of contact for global / local business leaders / managers on HR matters
 • Provide guidance on performance, engagement, and team effectiveness
 • Drive alignment between business needs and HR initiatives Talent & Capability Development
 • Support succession planning and talent pipeline development
