The opportunity

This role acts as a strategic partner to the Talent-HRE leader. The individual will drive execution of the HRE agenda by connecting strategy to delivery, orchestrating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring alignment across COEs, operations and leadership teams. The role combines project management, stakeholder management, analytics, and process enablement to drive impactful, data-led decisions and outcomes.

Your key responsibilities

  • Talent Strategy & Leadership Enablement Partner closely with HRE leadership to operationalise strategic priorities across the function Drive alignment across Talent COEs by translating leadership vision into structured execution plans.
