Job Summary
Formulate and manage short- and long-term HRIS implementation plans, manage day-to-day HR systems and data integration, troubleshoot system issues, etc. as part of the HRIS function
General Responsibilities
- Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
- Develop, manage and monitor HRIS budget/costs to optimize usage of budget against HR system requirements
- Formulate and manage short- and long-term plans to cater to HR's system requirement needs, in line with Group-wide offerings and IT governance standards
- Review, design, test and implement HRIS-related solutions (e.g. SAP HRIS, talent portal, HR dashboard, e-recruitment, etc.) to drive HR strategic and operational effectiveness
