Job Summary

This role oversees HRIS projects, driving system implementation, optimization, and automation while ensuring data integrity. It collaborates with stakeholders and vendors to enhance HR processes and provides leadership in HR systems support.


Key responsibilities

  • Support and lead HRIS related projects including HR systems procurement, implementation and deployment of new functionalities
  • Identify areas of inefficiencies in the areas of HR processes, integrations, and data loads and remediate them using technology
  • Collaborate closely with HR functional teams, IT and other business stakeholders on system related process optimization and automation
  • Work with vendors on opportunities to extend and optimize HR systems usage including evaluating and implementing system updates
