Manager, HR Planning & Performance

Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, People and Culture, the Manager, HR Planning & Performance will be responsible for enhancing processes, communication, and reporting across the HR organization. This role will drive greater visibility on key initiatives, ensuring transparency, accountability and improved performance tracking within the HR team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement standardized reporting processes for bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs to ensure timely and consistent delivery.
  • Support and enhance reporting mechanisms for Continuous Improvement (CI) meetings.
