Job Description

Local accounting manager tasks:

  • Review and approval of all accounting transactions,
  • Review of all declarations,
  • Review all payments
  • Following reconciliations intercompany account,
  • Managing internal and external audit processes
  • Review and approval of the payroll
  • Conducting correspondence with tax offices and other government agencies and monitoring related procedures.
  • Review of accounts receivable and approval of sales invoices.
  • Monthly inventory revaluation process
  • Reporting related tasks:

  • Making US GAAP adjustments at the end of the month.Fixed Assets revaluationRe-classesDeferred RevnueOther accruals
  • Conducting month-end closing procedures (entire process needed to prepare TB)
  • Review of sales cost calculations
  • Preparation of account reconciliations
  • Other ad-hoc support
