  • Support the Team Head in shaping Broker and Agency onboarding, training, and development strategies aligned with company direction.
  • Design and deliver training programs to strengthen product knowledge, professionalism, and production capability across channels.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and translate insights into targeted capability‑building initiatives.
  • Implement and manage programs such as class‑in‑charge, theme‑based training clinics, and lead management initiatives.
  • Support monitoring of channel performance against production and activity requirements.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, performance tracking, and stakeholder input, and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.
  • Drive communication and engagement initiatives to activate and empower channels to become top‑tier advisors.
