  • Initiate and develop the sales leadership training strategies to drive the company agency growth in terms of number of active recruiters and number of young leaders.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor agency strategies (including but not limited to High New Worth business, MCI focused training and Development, Agency Productivity Enhancement) for agency productivity growth and agency team development.

  • Implements tailor-made agency training (both face-to-face and online) & business-driven development programs to enhance advisors’ competency in sales professionalism & client services.

  • Cultivate agency recruitment culture.

  • Develop IANG and MCI focused training.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of all agency training initiatives and measures and analyzes training results.

  • Develop and groom a pool of trainers in terms of course content development and training delivery.
