Position Overview
Income Tracking Manager – Asia Pacific (Malaysia)
Reports to the Director, Administration APAC and the Head of Global Income Tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of two in the Asia Pacific region, overseeing upskilling, training, onboarding, workload management and OKR reporting.
- Strengthen team productivity by identifying bottlenecks and optimizing resource allocation.
- Develop succession plans and ensure cross‑training across responsibilities to build resilience and agility.
- Deliver regular reporting and weekly operational progress updates to regional and global leadership.
- Work in partnership and collaboration with affiliate offices, APAC region and global income tracking teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
