Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop Hoshin Kanari, Make Strategy Plans for Next 3 to 5 Years also help teams to develop individual objectives/KPIs
  • New project planning, start from its feasibility to execution including layouts, manpower planning, machine planning, material planning and SOP’s Implementation
  • Monitor, control & evaluate manpower planning through benchmark time and motion studies
  • Develop and maintain lean transformation plan through value stream mapping
  • Develop and map end to end process (process mapping), identify non value added activities, design a new process and train all employees on that change
  • Collaborates with leaders to execute Gemba walk process (Managing for Daily Improvement), utilizing and constantly improving the visual management on the floor and in the office areas.
