Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the retentions team, implement customer retention strategies and metrics.
  • Address revenue management and retention through development and execution of a strategic business plan to increase loyalty and retain business.
  • Responsible for data-led retention tactics.
  • Develop and maintain quality improvement programs as well as offboarding process and checklist and conduct offboarding interviews.
  • Produce the monthly EXCO report and compile reports for sales managers including analysis on program performance.
  • Implementation of targets relating to productivity and quality including engaging in new features and product launches.
