About the role
The Core IP Engineering team sits within Vocus’ Network Engineering business unit with this role reporting to the Head of Platform Engineering.
This team is accountable for the Engineering outcomes across Internet Interconnect, Core IP Transport and Management Networks and works closely with other Engineering teams such as Optical Transmission, Access Engineering, Product Engineering and Network and Capacity Planning. Outside of Engineering, this team works closely with Technology Operations, Carrier Relations and Procurement.
The role requires an NV1 Clearance.
What you'll be responsible for
- Leadership and day to day management of a key technical team
- Design Authority and Technical Owner for the Core IP functions across Internet Interconnect, Core IP Transport and Management Networks
