Role Overview
As a Manager – IT Due Diligence, you will play a key role in delivering technology-focused engagements for strategic and financial sponsors. You will lead IT Due Diligence and broader technology assessments across buy‑side and sell‑side transactions, while also supporting value creation initiatives through IT diagnostics. The role combines strong analytical capabilities with client interaction, project leadership, and team coordination.
