Job Description

Strategically leads the design and execution of institution-wide learning and talent development programs for all non-teaching personnel to build a robust leadership pipeline. This role collaborates with management to foster a continuous improvement culture that aligns capability-building with institutional goals, innovation, and Lasallian values.

Specifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: Business/Public Administration, Education, Psychology, Sociology or Human Resource Management. Having Post Graduate Studies (graduated or has taken units) is an advantage• At least two (2) certifications in any of the following: Training the Trainer, Facilitation Skills, Powerful Presentation Skills, Coaching for Success/Breakthrough Coaching, Proactive Customer Service, Management Development, Supervisory Development Training
