Supervise the team in charge of live operations with a focus on keeping consistency with TV production plans that intend to promote sales and are defined in business strategies to achieve sales targets in Commerce Platforms (CP) department:

Manage and supervise sales approaches and resources to operate shows in an appropriate manner to achieve sales plans that are developed in alignment with business priorities. Monitor if the sales approach and live operations are optimal in the TV platform and provide a timely feedback.
