Lead operational activity and drive performance at assigned T2's. Support material development & product commercialization efforts to ensure adidas objectives are met. Develop, coach and grow reporting team members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for T2 operations and supplier performance across development, commercialization, & production stages at assigned T2's.
Monitor supplier performance, identify potential risks & coordinate mitigation efforts, initiating improvement plans as needed.
Implement processes & policies at assigned T2's; onboard new ones; monitor compliance.
Ensure company quality standards are effectively implemented and promote best practice sharing.
Ensure accurate, high quality and timely execution of prototype sample and bulk order fulfilment.
Coordinate counter development activities at assigned T2'...
