Manager medical billing

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager Medical Billing role based in Lahore. The Manager Medical Billing will oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle, including charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and account follow-ups to ensure accurate and timely reimbursements. This role will lead and mentor a billing team, assign workloads, monitor performance, and implement best practices to improve collection rates and reduce billing errors. The manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external payers to resolve complex billing issues, maintain up-to-date knowledge of payer rules, and ensure adherence to applicable regulations and organizational policies. Additional responsibilities include preparing regular reports on key billing metrics, supporting audits, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
